3. Business-Only Leasing
- Mobility Lease provides leasing services exclusively to registered businesses and organisations.
- Consumers (individuals acting outside of business purposes) are not eligible for leasing agreements.
- Businesses must provide valid company details, including registration and VAT numbers (if applicable), before entering into an agreement.
4. Leasing Services
- Our leasing packages provide mobility equipment for short-term and long-term rental.
- Leasing agreements include maintenance services as outlined in the contract.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used in a manner compliant with workplace safety and accessibility regulations.
5. Eligibility
To lease equipment from Mobility Lease, your business must:
- Be legally registered in the UK.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business details.
- Agree to our payment and maintenance terms.
6. Payments & Pricing
- All lease payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the leasing agreement.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Prices may be subject to change, but customers will be notified in advance.
7. Equipment Use & Responsibilities
- The customer must use the equipment only for its intended business purpose.
- The equipment must be stored and operated safely.
- Any damage or loss must be reported to us immediately.
- The customer may not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the equipment to a third party.
8. Maintenance & Repairs
- Routine maintenance is included in the lease agreement.
- Customers must notify Mobility Lease of any required repairs.
- Repairs due to misuse or negligence may be chargeable.
9. Returns & Termination
- At the end of the lease term, the equipment must be returned in good condition.
- Early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Mobility Lease reserves the right to terminate the lease in cases of non-compliance or misuse.
10. Liability & Insurance
- Mobility Lease is not liable for any injury or damages resulting from improper use of the equipment.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe operation of leased equipment.
- We recommend businesses have appropriate insurance for additional coverage.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
- We collect and process business and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Customer data will only be used for the purpose of providing and managing our leasing services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
